I know, man, I used to own the 2010 ToJ Bomber in black.

I should have clarified -- I was wondering about the suede name patch. I think I remember reading somewhere that the color of the suede name patches were more in line with the color of the surrounding lambskin, but wasn't sure if it applied to the black bomber as well.

You guys overthink and worry about the weirdest, smallest, and most inconsequential things...

Sometimes I wonder how many members of this forum have OCD

Not only OCD, but a complete lack of critical thinking skills.

You do realize that there are plenty of pictures of the CWU-45 in black lambskin, complete with suede name patch? And that it would be a relatively small leap in logic to assume that those colors would translate pretty identically to an A-2?

that or they're shipping today. Colors that weren't ordered in big numbers needed their zippers dyed to match.

Interesting..assuming the same thing with the Harringtons too? This is great though, new TOJ jacket as a post exams reward. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I am back from traveling... won't be going any place again for awhile, and I am back on my reliable internet, so I'll be catching up on stuff this week. Hopefully we'll have that new varsity jacket out as well, now that I'm back and can work on it. I'm pretty excited about it, I think people will enjoy it.

It's 1am right now and I have to be up at 5 for work and I can't sleep because all I am thinking about is an a1 blouson in either whisky, grey or blue leather then when I went on the site to look at the jacket again I realized how sexy the blue suede one was again :s

I'm using the "measure your own jacket methot" but it's a really thin one. Like thin canvas and thin lining, no insulation, super thin. It's easy to get measurements off of, but do I need to allow any more room to accomodate the fit of a MDR? Thanks to anyone who can help

Yeah, that blue suede one is great. If I didn't own so much blue stuff I would have gotten that one. Really hope my A-1 is going to arrive soon. 11 weeks since I ordered.
