I really love the hood on this thing. You feel so safe when you have the hood fastened and the collars popped up under it.

Yes. That was one of the new additions. Plus a full zip.

The first post seems to say black zips only for the DR. Just want to check if that's really what you meant, or if the old gunmetal can still be had?

Also, does a size 46 correlate to a small?

Size 46 does correlate to a small. I'd say you would be able to fit into a 46 DR / bomber.
