Drew have you decided on what the collar will look like on the minimalist band collar moto because I am just dying to put an order down for one. Ive got it like 99% imagined in my head. Mainly the shape and whether the button is going to show on the outside. Also will you ever update the chart for the coats/jackets to include my size (42) lol

Idesthesia. It's a butchered combination of the prefix ide-, meaning idea or thought, and -esthesia, meaning sensation, as in the sensation of an idea or thought, in reference to being able to touch and feel what was originally just an idea in your head. Also has the benefit of being completely made up, and having absolutely zero hits on Google. And it wouldn't embarrass your mom.

I won't know until I have played with the shearling a bit and get sustainable lines on shearling supplies. Some is thick, some is thin, they'd lend themselves to different designs. It's not in season just yet, so I don't expect to finished with the shearling til the end of summer. It will cost a lot and I don't expect to make many. Good shearling material is 3-4X the cost of the lambskin - that's comparing the quality of the finish on the leather side of the shearling to the NZ lamb we use. It's expensive, needless to say.

Thanks for the insight. I would love to learn more about the materials that will be used as supply lines are finalized, and more information about production becomes available. The expected increases in price (right? I don't suppose that there's much profit to be had in a $710 shearling jacket made of quality material) doesn't suprise or bother me, as long as the design is appealing and quality standards are upheld. I would much rather have my money go to the folks at ToJ than I would some fashion house. Edit: Actually, it turns out that you did comment on how you wanted the shearling jackets to look, and that's DEFINITELY in line with what I would like to see/buy. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

So I was thinking something along the lines of: Experience Point or Perquisite (which is what perk stands for) I'm not happy with any of the names but I thought I'd share what I think the idea of TOJ is to me (I also think of it as sort of futuristic ivy) and see what you guys think. Even though trying to keep name development for TOJ secret so I can get some leather, I think as a collective we can think of a sickt name. (always an opensource concept)
Those ideas sounds interesting.

I really like immaculate conception - too bad there's a whole religion thing with the same name. & comme il faut - this one is taken too - or comme il faute immaculate formation everlasting conception comme des formes - french for as it shapes - like how you will shape the leather with your body
