wowwww my collared moto came already and the quality is amazing. i nearly jizzed my pants when i first touched the leather. sooooo soft. color is dark grey, looks like it has a brownish tint irl.
nice fit clark. Get that collar molded up a bit and it'll be perfect. I don't know how to recommend going about that, but I did it to the sample by giving it a bath and molding it into position and it looked nice.

yea i was wondering about that. i'm hoping that once the leather settles in more, the collar will become workable.
With the exception of posting pix when my item gets in, I'm going on a hiatus from this thread because I need to save my $$ for expensive buys in the next couple of months. See you dudes around Xmas 2011.
I know that next winter is pretty far off, but how viable is the baseball for when it gets cold, wet, rainy, and disgusting? I got to school in Boston and am looking to up my outerwear game. Baseball (green or blue) definitely looks the best right now, but with my $$ I can't really afford 2-3 ToJ's jackets (not looking to get a moto or dr; neither of them suit my style)
the baseball jacket was made for spring, so not intended to be a winter jacket. And if you get it in suede, then it's definitely not going to work for winter. A bomber is actually quite good for winter given the knitted hem and cuff (helps keep in warmth and shield from wind) and given that it's a tad more roomy, it's great for layering. A bomber with a sweater, gloves, and maybe a scarf can do fine down in the 30s. Any colder and you should look to other materials such as wool. I'm excited for the new bomber style. and realllyyyy hope the fur collar is coming back and calf isn't leaving.
