While taking pics of my lamb MA-1 for my classified I realized

1) I really don't wanna sell this , maybe after I cut down it'll fit again...awefoijawepfiodskl;

and

2) the shoulder gusset detail when viewed from the front is amazing - one of my favorite parts of ToJs.   Especially for band collar jackets like the moto, bcdr, lamb ma-1, etc.  Little details so good.

Your grandpa is a pretty legendary dude in certain circles. I stumbled upon his colossus of roads boxcar work online a few years ago after watching a street art documentary (I think?) and really liked it. It affected and inspired me. Would love to see his stuff in person some day.

Sick tattoo too. Very cool, I love shit like that.

awesome! always very cool to meet people who recognize my grandfather.

holy shit

not related. grandma who gave me the pen is on my mothers side and Buz is on my fathers side. the grandma that gave me the pen got it from her boyfriend that wouldn't think twice if it went missing. Buz and his wife (my grandma) live in a little Podunk town in arkansas, that consists of like, a pizza place, a sonic, a family dollar, and maybe 150 people. I dont think they'd ever come across such a thing, haha.

You'd have to be crazy in the coconut to sell that.

how long does it usually take to run through customs? I checked my tracking when I first saw the email and it was in customs in chicago, that was about 26 hours ago and no update. maybe I'm too impatient or worried, but my margiela boots got caught in customs for 3-4 weeks and it wasnt fun. was hoping to get my TOJ by friday. thanks!

Mine was in customs north of a week.

Jokes. It was delivered before the tracking even updated as customs cleared. I've never heard a horror story with TOJ so it should be fast man don't sweat.

Drew trying to smuggle coke through via leather jackets. Heard BMW's are real guzzlers.

That's some really cool family relation.

Back in the early '90s or so, there wasn't the internet, so it wasn't as easy to look up your grandfather or figure out who was drawing that icon. I think it added to the mystery and allure.

sweet. I know he's fairly well recognized. I was actually in the documentary "who is bozo texino" when I was a lot younger

Do you have any other jackets other than the leather ma-1? I would go for 4 zip MDR in black lamb or 2013DR in black calf

So, do I try to squeeze an order in for a grey lamb MDR, or do I try to hold out for someone looking to get rid of one? How much longer do you guys realistically think they will take orders for? Im not even sure if grey lamb is still an option.. I hate to bother Charly with even asking unitl im 100% sure i want to place another order.

Chances of a grey lamb in marketplace is very low

Aside from black leather and brown for bombers, you're better off putting in your own order

I wish I had an idea too. I feel like I want to put in a toj0 order along with my qdr and I could realistically do it soon but the uncertainty of when they legitimately stop taking orders makes me nervous.  As for your grey lamb, like Wade said, I feel like it may be a difficult find.

I'm sure they'll give us warning if they plan on stopping orders.
