@Razele,

My girlfriend has a brown A2 on order. I'll let you know how it turns out. I am hoping it translates well into a women's piece, because it's kind of an expensive gamble.

Brown A2ette will be babely, no gamble there.

alright, cool

really makes me feel better about ordering a stock size biggrin.gif

Anyway, one more (hopefully) dumb question for you guys, so please bear with me:

Here's the message section of my PayPal payment verbatim (w/o the address):

MDR ($885):
- medium whiskey calf
- standard 3 zipper design
- silver hardware, standard YKK zippers
- bemberg
- stock size 46

A-2 ($795):
- brown lamb
- half placket
- no name tag
- silver hardware, standard YKK zippers
- bemberg
- stock size 46

I covered all my bases, right? I must've quadruple-checked and am sure I got everything, but paranoia is really something.

You sure you don't want the name tag on your A-2 dude?

Also Excella zips are an option, but that's up to you.

no matter how much i look at jackets with the tag it just doesn't look right to me (though i said the same thing about the half placket and it's slowly growing on me)

for now, i just really like how it looks without it

and yeah about the excellas i'm fine without them smile.gif

(btw really appreciate how helpful you've been you've replied to a lot of my posts)

nah i like the asymmetry of the 3-zip design (pretty much just copying what mrtony92 has shog[1].gif)

and idk, like some others have voiced i think the mdr looks really good with some structure to it
post #37538 of 44894

Don't mind distorb

I know I'm in the minority, but I actually prefer 3-zip to 4-zip because the pockets are much more functional. In addition, I'd go black lamb A-2 w/o half-placket because I think it looks funny. But that's just me.

wait whaaaaaat

did I fuck up?

I just emailed charly about it a bit and then sent the money, I didn't see or do anything about a message section full of details

"Please include a detailed description of the item(s) requested and your shipping address in the notes/message section."

ffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

ok, it's 4 am here so I'm not gonna deal with this now, but what should I do? paypal doesn't keep a record past 3 months and I don't use it enough to save the records or any shit like that. Should I just email charly and tell him what happened? should I do it via paypal? I assume it could just be treated as me being one of the guys who pays and then decides later what they want. I guess that makes me feel better about changing my order before.

this almost certainly means my wait time'll get bumped back though.

damn I'm an idiot.

You should probably email him.
Just realised that I didn't include address details in the original payment message thinking they'd just use the PayPal one. Emailed Charly, but has someone been in the same situation?
lol dont panic guys. i left the message field empty/wrote something random, just tell charly via email what you want and where you want it to be shipped.
