What bottoms would you guys wear with a navy leather jacket?

I'm contemplating switching mine back to black or med. gray lamb because I can't think of how I'd wear it other than with black pants/jeans.

Black is more versatile if that's what you mean.

Does anyone know what the fill is in the MA-1? I emailed the guys at TOJ to ask but they must be super busy because they haven't gotten back to me. Contemplating it, that jacket is seriously growing on me...

Would love to hear more on this. I have a Navy QMDR coming and I'm thinking about how to wear it.

Just put in the order, I sent like 18 messages back and forth in the space of a few hours changing this measurement and that measurement... wrecking the man's head, Charly has the patience of a saint.

The hardest part is the silver vs gunmetal zips. I had the silver down but ultimately I think I was just being heavily influenced by Drew's "black lamb 4-zip moto, silver zips > everything else" comment. When I was being honest with my self, I knew I really wanted the gunmetal. Silver zips just project too loudly.

I wear my navy QDR with black and grey denim/trousers too. I've yet to try them with light blue denim though.

Got a fresh bottle of Lexol in the mail and decided my MDR needed some conditioning.

Wish I had done this sooner. I had always thought that the outer sleeves on my jacket didn't feel as nice as the rest of the jacket...now they feel great.

Also, FYI, amazon is selling a kit with the conditioner plus the cleaner and some applicator sponges for like $1.50 more than just the 8oz bottle of conditioner. My 6.4oz bottle lasted for years of shoe-conditioning, so this is a pretty good deal. Never used the cleaner, but people say it is good. I thought the applicator sponges were a bit wasteful. They soak up a lot of product so I wouldn't bust one out for a pair of shoes, but it was handy for doing a jacket, a bag, and a bunch of belts (They would also make a great wax applicator for your car/bike).

I can't tell if that looks awesome or cheesy though :P

pulled the trigger on a non-quilted BCDR in oxblood calf with silver zips/hardware.

was it the right choice?
