Anyone know if the lead times for the TOJ0's and other jackets are the same as the bombers?

Cole, you're always there to reassure me.

Dudes, there is no formula or schedule for the lead times. There are so many models and variations, inconsistent ordering paces, and on top of that, people adding unrecommended customizations to jackets that there's no way to pinpoint some sort of schedule for these cutoff orders.

It's a crapshoot.
I ordered a TOJ0 at the end of April. I got a an 8 week estimate which I thought was generous.

Regarding them being done in batches, it's bullshit. I've seen my order specs/colour already been posted on here in the last couple of weeks so mine wasn't done in a that batch.

I couldn't care less if they stop MTO. I wouldn't order anything from TOJ again.

They give false lead times and the customer service is awful. Monosyllables and the impression they would rather eat glass than reply to your emails. They get your money then ignore you. If you're reading this Charly you need to work on your people skills. I don't really give a damn about customer service, but a little common courtesy wouldn't hurt.

If they gave me a 20 week lead time I could understand, but over double the estimate with little or no explanation why? And when you hear about other people getting their jacket in the same colour way who ordered after you it's not really what you want to see.

I don't care how nice the jacket is, when or if it turns up. It will not have been worth it. Leaves a bit of a sour taste tbh and I doubt I'd even enjoy wearing it.

I wouldn't hold my breath when ordering from the new restaurant. You might starve to death.

Do yourself a favor, never buy any expensive furniture, new build house or a brand new car, because that shit will get delayed and you will end up driving around in car you hate, parking it in front of a house you hate, while you go inside and sit in a chair you hate.

If that's you Charly I'm not giving my details. You can easily push my order back for the negative stuff I've just written.
I've waited long enough so I couldn't care less now if it came in 5 years, but I'm not giving you the courtesy you don't give back.

As you would say in your informative emails..............

No.

You have no idea.
I've recently done a MTO from Viberg. It went 4 - 6 weeks over the estimated lead time.
Where the difference is here though is that Guy and Morgan were nothing but pleasant and kept me informed at every step. It's shows that they care and are bothered about their customers. It's quite the opposite with TOJ unfortunately.

Viberg is professional and it shows. TOJ is run by part timers who happen to know a little about tailoring etc, but are lacking where customers are concerned.

No.

Yes, it is me.. Charly.

We obviously don't have an automated order system, so once in a blue moon orders fall through the cracks (it's only happened a few times, once by my fault, once on production end, and once because I never received a payment confirmation from Paypal).

I wanted to know your name on your Paypal payment to make sure your jacket was in line to be made as I wouldn't want you to wait any longer than necessary.

If you don't want to give me your name, I respect your decision..

But you might just be waiting 5 years (without a jacket) if what I stated is the case.

It has nothing to do with the size of the business, Charley has said multiple times, that he gets swamped by emails which means some go in spam and others get overlooked by accident.

I have friends who have been told through the grapevine recently that their brand new cars are going to be delivered in march instead of september, they had to call the dealer to get it confirmed, the dealer didn't call the, I could go on, shit happens.

Mafoofan is currently 4 weeks over on his 2k$ a pop dining chairs, with no word from the manufacture.

I've thought about it, but why should I?

They've had my money for over three months now. What's my incentive for a refund, interest paid?
