Tres Bien model wearing TOJ?

The jacket was no where to be found in their outerwear lineup.

Oh god, now I'm refreshing my inbox b/c I ordered a 4 zip moto before that.... wow.gif

As for the excella question, I think you should go for it if you want something extra lux with the polished/mirror zips.  The beefy YKK zips have been a staple for quite some time.  and AFAIK, the excella zips are also YKK.

well i actually placed the order few weeks earlier but changed the color from black to blue on the 26th.

and yes excella is the luxe line of YKK.

hmmmm....it seems like all the jackets being shipped recently have been moto's and rider styles.  has anyone received an A2 recently?  I'm waiting on my A2 order placed June 12ish.  hoping my jacket will be in the next run of bombers....

Drew told me that changing the leather type would not increase the wait time, so that's probably why you received tracking so quick.

The same beefy 2 way zips used by ToJ are also used by Barbour To Ki To collection, and they effectively chewed up my knits and scarves.
Excella zippers I have on Nanamica and Ten C also uses Excella, on the other hand, is much lighter and smoother.
Still, I think Excella is more for luggages, and its sliders are not really nice on clothes IMO. plus someone said its $75 to upgrade and that's bullshit upgrade price to pay for MiJ YKK to Excella
Source: Relative is a zipper retailer wholesaler so I grew up seeing/touching bunch of zipperes.
