I think Drew said good things about the sand tan.  Would always point towards the sand tan whenever someone wanted a lighter colored jacket

m8s around the SF area: What's the weather like mid August? Spending a week there with the GF and looking for any excuse to wear TOJ.

I'm sure you could get away with it especially at night.

You could easily wear a TOJ, right now it's kinda foggy/cloudy but it really just depends on the area, in SF you should be fine but in the east bay or palo alto area it gets pretty warm but you could wear it at night.

The daytime temperature can rise about 20-25 degrees or drop another 5-10 within 1 hr's drive radius from the actual city of SF.

Cheers. The 'sheen' on the leather made me think it was calf.  Awesome fit!

ToJ's calf is a completely different animal to the lamb. Whereas the lamb is soft and smooth, the calf is stiff, rigid, but you can see that it's got a lot to give if you just invest the time into it. I'm going to be beating the hell out of this jacket for years to come.

now i really cant decide between calf and lamb. is the lamb that supple/vulnerable compared to the lamb?
