It's a nice looking shade of brown as is, but I think with some serious wear it will be off the charts.

Thanks man. Peanut butter, mmmmm.

Why do you have to be white/caucasion to pull off a jacket in Toffee tan?

Depends on your body and tastes. Measure yourself and find where you want the jacket to end.

I have black hair and a dark complexion. It just wouldn't look as good.

i've measured; charly gave me 21.7 and i asked for a half inch more so 22.2.

just in terms of stock sizes i asked for a little under 48? kinda afraid i should've just went with charly's measurements (this is my first toj) sarcasm.gif

should someone 5'9 be going for about a sz 48 length?

Is this another MC rule? "Can't wear toffee if your hair is dark?" If so, rules are not meant to be broken.

Just hold a tape measure up to where your collarbones meet and then measure the length you want straight down.

I actually did the same thing on my first order peepwall[1].gif Pretty sure Charly is used to it. Depending on how far along your jacket is in the queue, you can still change measurements if you think it's really necessary.

I'm 5'11" and I went for 22" front length. Charly suggested 22.3" but I wanted it ever so slightly cropped. Take that however you will.

There's also a post somewhere about sizing the length correctly. Something about measuring to just below the belt if you sag your jeans, or halfway down the rise if you wear mid-rise jeans on your hips.

I am 5'9 and I have a short torso and wear my jeans up on my hips, not sagged at all. charly quoted me 21.2 front length for my MDR.

edit: for reference, I sent him fit pics of my denim jacket and toj0 with their measurements. this jacket measured 20.5 in front length. it sits about a half inch above my belt when buttoned (it is too tight all over.)

also take into consideration that this picture was taken at about neck level and that can slightly throw off the proportions.

hope that helped!

I still don't understand why people don't just order stock sizes. I got my Toj off bst and it is far from mtm or fitted, but still looks amazing. I feel like shoulder measurements is crucial, the rest shouldn't be varied unless you normally don't fit into any clothes.

On another note, seoul was fucking rainy today. The textile market is amazing
