For those who are interested, the upgrade cost from sateen to bemberg is $15

Interesting. I thought all the jackets came with the bemberg lining these days.

No, only the newer models.

-Bemberg has been shown only on prototypes from the past couple months, specifically the upcoming pea, the new DR, women's BCDR and QDR, and the men's BCDR. If you have ordered any of those models, you will get Bemberg. If you ordered an older model and want to upgrade to Bemberg, we can do so for a minimal cost and you just need to give Charly the word.
In the future, all models will move to Bemberg, but right now whatever was designed and sold before that came along is getting the normal thick sateen. We are talking about something so minimal and esoteric at this point that I'm kind of embarrassed to have to address it, but whateva.

It was a detail I overlooked, I thought it was the case as well.

Luckily Charly was happy to do it for me as I am still in the queue so it wasn't too late to upgrade

I've got a DR 2010 with the sateen and am quite happy with it, but an extra $15 isn't that much to bring your jacket to the next level status smile.gif

We have a small supply of YKK Excella (the highest line of YKK Japan, comparable to Riri (possibly better?) - they have flat, thick teeth and are polished to mirror finish, they look quite a bit different than the standard YKK Japans that we normally use. The effect would be a little different and for people who like zippers, but I think on something light colored they'd be fantastic actually. They are significantly more expensive so I'd have to go back and find out the price and then make a price for that upgrade, but they are cool and I'd like to make a jacket with them someday.
