The new official TOJ thread, 2011 - Page 2100

It saddens me to see you guys go. I can't think of another brand like this one that makes bespoke leather jackets with tons of different high quality animal hides, and colors to choose from. Best of luck on your new business.

Is the calf suede really that heavy? Was hoping it'd be a bit less warm than the black lamb.

Why does Drew look so damn good in every jacket?

Cause he's skinny, has nice hair and has well worn jeans which fit him properly

Everyone should ask Charly for the Drew fit.

Drew's fit on the A-2 was a tiny bit too relaxed in the body for my liking, but in general I completely agree. I'm sure a lot of people initially think the Drew fit isn't slim enough ... but it is.

Would it be reasonable to have a tailor modify the sleeves on a varsity or just try to sell and get correct size?

depends if it were a size that fits me or not devil.gif

no really what exactly did you want altered?

Haha. Well the person who I'm buying from got longer sleeves, and I have really short arms so was wondering if it would be reasonable to try and find a tailor to shorten the sleeves 1-2" or just wait till I find a jacket in my size.

Wait so you didn't buy it yet? Don't even bother and order one if that's the case.

plus one. current toj0 for sale has adjustable lengths.

been wanting to order one myself but want to see fit pics. the revised version just looks cleaner, a little less 'collegiate' or something.

PTO just wrote about TOJ and the fact that the cutoff was coming...things like that are going to bring noobs who know nothing. Instead of driving them away from Drew's business, could we at least try to be nice? This thread is huge and there's not even a website unless you figure out that JC is the same thing.

Because theres people that live in this thread so therefore are dicks to everyone else. lol8[1].gif

Ah, sorry, I should have been more specific. There is one on the secondary market for $250 that I was thinking of buying, but the sleeves are pretty long. Seems like the general consensus is that I should pass on it, but with the production stop a little worried another one wouldn't pop up.
