Talking about laptop sleeves, would ToJ consider making one?

Also, does ToJ still do MTM? From what I've read, they've stopped, but then I hear the words MTM dropped here again and I'm beginning to think that you guys still do MTM.

Yeah in my haste to catch a flight the other day I overlooked an interior shot. It's lined in heavy cotton twill, and has two elastic straps on the back panel, just like last time. It's not a legit laptop compartment, rather I intended for those loops to hold anything to towards the user's back (including all sizes of laptops) so that the actual backpack can still maintain a free-form shape on the outside and look cool. I hate when these things get overstuffed, they look much better with 'drape' and some decompression. Also, I think that way it allows people to kind of choose the way they pack their bag with regards to what they're carrying, as that's different for everyone on different days. I think if I was still a campus-going student I'd wrap a jacket or second layer layer like a hoodie or cardigan around my laptop (in a neoprene sleeve) and then stick it behind the elastic loops, and if the thing were to fall or something, it'd get a little shock insulation, at least, and then you can sit around in class maybe give your TOJ leather a break and wear an 'indoor' layer instead. No guarantees on shock performance or any of that stuff, it's up to your own best judgement.

I am not sure if everyone can imagine what I am saying, but yes - there is a provision for holding a laptop, but it's not a zippered pocket or anything. I don't want to go too far down the line of making these things be 'laptop bags' because they're not, and if they become known as that, I'd hate for that to contribute to things getting stolen on campus, etc.

Are these pictures of the same wallet?

1. http://toj-gallery.com/main.php?g2_itemId=921

2. http://toj-gallery.com/main.php?g2_itemId=917

If it is the same wallet, do you know if their is a fold for keeping money (bills)?

Also anyone know if its possible to still order these?

There were two wallet iterations. They are long gone and not available. If it's not listed under AVAILABLE PRODUCTS on the tumblr and hasn't been mentioned as a secret menu item, it's not available.

I figured it was worth a shot asking because I've seen some members in here custom order some items that weren't on the tumblr page.

Drew, I have been inspired by foo.gif

ToJ could potentially provide me with my OneLeather, OneCoat, OneShirt, OneTrousers, and OneBag.

I wonder how much of it is laziness rather than "the one."

Given his neurotic nature and budget, it has nothing to do with laziness.

Lazy in the sense that he would rather buy 5 of 1 thing and just rotate it through the week rather than rotating between outfits. He is essentially wanting to wear one outfit aesthetically, but have multiples of the same thing just to be hygienic or whatever.

I was not questioning the guys asset or intelligence. I am sure he is so well studied in classic menswear that now he just feels he can stick with one thing. To me that is being lazy. His large budget makes it the worst. Perhaps you can also argue he is trying to be more efficient.

I am sure many people who share this hobby have experienced one point or another of wanting to just wear the same damn thing over again because it is comfortable, it fits well and looks good, and if you can get away with it, would do so. When that thought hits your mind though, IMO, it is like giving up in a sense. When you stop changing is when you stop growing.

Our fashion dreams don't end here, brothers. TOJ is only the beginning!
