The new official TOJ thread, 2011 - Page 1937

When I arrived at university, I was 150lbs. By mid 2nd year, I was 190 ripped, and by end of 3rd I was hovering around 200. If you're just starting out bodybuilding/weightlifting, you will see some drastic changes (genetics, supplements, diet, dedication permitted). But anyone who lifts to stay healthy, without the express goal of getting giant, you won't see much change.

Just some protein powder if I don't get enough protein from foods. And vitamins.

Yeah I'm sure it's because I wear mine in the rain a lot, seeing as I live in a rainforest, there's still some hold, but I do find myself having to adjust it.

Yes exactly - every minute I wait for ToJ is one minute closer to death. No pressure though Drew et al.

If all you're looking for it a sexy butt, then ass to grass. If you're going for strength, just breaking parallel is fine but ass to grass and anywhere in between works. I squat just to break parallel because I compete but I've gotten countless compliments on my big booty.

so what was the general rule of thumb about the length of the t-shirt under a bomber?

should it not be longer than the jacket or is it okay for it to be a bit longer like in the picture?

I think that t-shirt in the picture is coming down too far, but it looks like you've just pulled it down. It'd probably shift up to a good length if you walked a bit.

yeah it's a brand new shirt, fresh out the box, and i also did pull it down a bit i guess to show just how far down it can potentially go.

but thanks for the quick reply. i guess if i walk around itll just look a bit more natural and rise up a bit too.

I think so. Is that brown lamb?

I think the jacket is too short ... looks like it's barely at your natural waist.
Looks like you probably need to pull your jeans up some and the tee as well, length looks a lot like how Aeglus had just really all on how you like your jacket to fit.

Usually I check from the back, it's really obvious if a jacket is too short/shirt too long that way.

I don't think that's even TOJ. What's with the random snap and the leather tab on the zipper?
