After looking at cadavers for few hours, I was reminded of the old design for one of the moto jackets (was it dr?) that had two vertical zippers at the back (Sorry I couldn't find the pic!).
What was the motif behind this, and do you think you will ever add that kind of weird details later on?

The kidney zips on a moto and I assume it was to give a little in the hips

Yes that was what I was talking about! Adding a snap (like the sleeves) would certainly improve the bareback wearing experience... peepwall[1].gif

ps. Kidney bag is a hilarious name, and I guess that was what subconsciously led me to think of it when I saw human skin cut and opened up like it was a piece of clothing, revealing the body (parts) inside.
