Hello. I have read most of this thread, but it's my first time posting. What does the whiskey lamb or calf look like? I keep on seeing and hearing about different versions, and I would like to know what is currently for sale. Thank you.

It would be awesome to see a male model the BCDR channel quilt. I Feel like I'm on the fence with that jacket, not sure if I Could pull it off.

Hmm, I heard the opposite from a user saying that silver zips were a bit too shiny and flamboyant. I currently have a black lamb mdr w/ gunmetal in the queue but it seems like everyone suggests silver zips. :O

imo, if you had a choice, silver zips on anything rider styled that is colored.  gunmetal on anything black.

What would you guys rec on a brown A-2?  lamb or goat?

+1 on gunmetal and black.

After handling sample leathers from Langlitz, I came to the conclusion that I would never own anything made of goat. If you like the texture, go for it.

dayam bro, how does it compare to the rider?  I've actually owned 4 rider styles...sold 3 of em...never considered the bomber..but now I feel like my blacked out moto needs a friend.

although I am less than enthused about the wait time.  just sort of waiting for coppidge to happen and buy something stock.

Stylistically it's something I can wear to work, so there's that. I don't really feel that the brown lamb is inferior, maybe a touch less soft. That could be in part due to natural qualities, but I haven't owned it for as long as my rider.

Hold on. You don't want to wait, so you're going to wait? tongue.gif

I can't decide either....I want goat, but there are things that still attract me to lamb.

I hope that seeing a few pictures of the non-dark brown goat in the wild will make up my mind.
