Nope, MA-1. The differences seem to be pretty small, but MA-1 has a full placket, no name patch and different pockets (can't see in that picture, but you can in this one: http://toj-gallery.com/main.php?g2_itemId=14543). Anyone know if there are any other differences?

On a related note....I sort of want a lambskin MA-1, even though I already own a ribbed collar CWU plain.gif

Aha. I didn't realize the MA-1 would be build on the CWU body, so to speak.

Pulled the trigger on a dark whiskey calf mdr...good choice? Also, what zips should I go for? Silver or gunmetal?

The discontinuation of the ToJ1 is a blow for me. I'm putting in my order for the MDR later this month, and the ToJ1 was my next on the to order list.

if it's going to be discontinued and you want it, why dont you just get it and order ma-1 later? Pretty sure MA-1 will still be available for order this time next year.

Damn, hearing that the peacoat's gonna be gone makes me want to order it in navy...

On another note, I was at Holt Renfrew today and tried on a Burberry bomber in brown lambskin... the A2 is head and shoulders above it.
