Alright, thank you everyone for your input, I will leave it the way it is. I have a Quilted Moto in the works with the sleeve only .5" shorter I guess that shouldn't really make too much of a difference.

Samurai, sorry if you've said this already -- what color is that? Also, did you mention it being taken out in the rain and how did it hold up? Is it water resistant to some degree?
