On that Luvox tip

TOJ and my other planned ventures would cease to exist if I fucked around with SSRI's or drugs in general, Drew Keith would basically cease to exist. Strictly beer and rum for me.

Part of my obsessiveness, naturally, is because I seek to keep people happy - to do that I gotta be as many steps ahead of you guys as possible and address the styleforum TOJ thread'ish questions before the piece is even made. I didn't expect the backlash to the suiting wool to be so strong, though. I did expect people ask why...

i love how its suiting wool. never understood all the hate. will it be the last TOJ piece, or the first coppidge piece?

There will be black.
There will be navy.
There might be olive.
There might be grey.
There might even be other colors.
All will be lined in black bemberg.
Next question.

Hahaha I love Negrodamus

Was just a thought, have only heard that alcohol fueled creativity in that context

Im so stoked for this MA-1, I still wear my original all the time. This wool MA-1 with light fill and bemberg lining sorta reminds of mid late 2000's Jil, when Raf brought in new minimalism, except the fit and cut is better.

I can see people wearing this with a ToJ 2.0 oxford, black ToJ trousers and black english derbies and then everyone will hear the collective, "ohhh, thats how its done" on SF

well i hope you don't let the people here hold you back from whatever vision you have for TOJ, although i understand there is a balance of those things. those pics definitely changed some minds here, so i think you could just let those speak for your work.

I envision it being my daily work attire

That, I'm not sure. Still shuffling around and thinking on how I want JC to break.

i'm assuming if you knew the price you would have said it, but what category does it fit into. more than current leather? or more like peacoat/fishtail area. im just curious as to what to expect.

It'll start with a 4. Just refining the material content, it's rather light but puffy, and would like to make it warmer inside as the current weight is incongruous with the look. The shell and liner are locked in, wysiwyg there. I'm just talking about thermal stuff inside.

happy camper here, when i first saw it i just assumed around leather prices, dont know why but 7ish was the $$ in my head. starting with a 4 makes it my probable 3rd TOJ/coppidge

What about the details on the quilted Women's piece? Will the final details be worked out (zips and maybe adjustments to the quilting?) I made a mistake showing my girl so early, she's asked about 5 times since I've shown her this morning alone today about when it will be avail. I can only imagine her face when I finally order and let her know its an 8 week wait.
