Yeah setting up Toj through a bunch of boutiques shouldn't take more than what? A few hours? Get on it, Drew. (10)

Hi Guys,

Just placed an order for an A-2 in black, need help in finalizing the details:

Below are the measurements of a size small Burberry Brit Harrington Jacket that I think it fits me well and my body measurement, I am about 5ft9 (175-176) and 145lbs

Jacket:

SHOULDER 17.5 IN

PIT 19 13/16

Mid 18 1/8

Waist 18.5

Front Length 21.5

Sleeve Length 23*

Bicep 7

Elbow 6.5

Cuff 4 6/8

Body

Shoulder 19.5

Chest 35.5-36

Mid 29.5

Waist 33.2

Front 21

Sleeve 22.5

Bicep 12.5

TOJ recommends me the following measurements according to my numbers:

shoulders 17.5"
chest (pit-to-pit) 19.8"
midsection 18.9"
waist 18.0"
body length, front 23.0"
body length, back 25.3"
sleeve length, from shoulder 25.8"
sleeve width @ pit 6.8"
sleeve width @ elbow 6.2"
sleeve width @ cuff

5.7

I ask to knock off 0.5" to the body and sleeve length as I am afraid that the jacket may come out too long.

Right now I am still deciding whether I should choose Lamb or goat. Also, I would like to go for all black hardwares and zippers, which I think its pretty cool.

Any Thought? Comment? Suggestion? Thanks in advance! :D

Bring this back!

I like both the current gunmetal and the new silver zips more than those, and I think the gussets add a lot even if they don't look as clean. Previous-gen ToJs usually looked a little too square-shouldered to me.

Taking off 5 inches in body length would be disastrous.

To be completely honest, you probably have zero experience with sizing jackets for people, while Charly at TOJ has done it for a couple of hundred guys.

Don't doubt his recommendation. If your measurements are correct, the jacket will fit as intended.
