The new official TOJ thread, 2011 - Page 1625

No TOJs for me in NYC yet. Did wear my black MMM his to a concert and someone complimented them as I came out of coat check (for my TOJ). Didn't hear him, though, so I pretty much ignored him (shog[1].gif) and my gf told me what he said later.

Not sure if this has been asked before, my calf is feeling and looking a little dry.  What lotions or creams have people used on their calf jackets?  I think someone wrote about using obenaufs oil?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try some Lexol on that.

MDR came in on Monday, but ended up missing the delivery due to class. Picked it up on Tuesday and couldn't be happier. Fits exactly the way I wanted it. On a side note, I was more mesmerized by the the stitching of the ToJ logo on the tote bag, than the jacket itself when I first opened the packagelaugh.gif.  Amazing jacket though, well worth the wait.

Snapped a quick pic earlier today.

ah Seoul, don't know. Would be hard, but instead, go to Shinsegae at Gosok Terminal, go in the supermarket and find the cleaning supplies aisle and they have a German brand of conditioner called 'Karat' which works nicely.

Thanks Drew,  I'm ten minutes from shinsagae gosok terminal.  This is off topic but what do you think of haversack from Japan?  I have some pieces and they are very well made.

All the haversack stuff I've seen is really nicely made. Designs I'm mixed about

Lamb. Incredibly soft like many folks has mentioned, the creases from mailing has faded, and the zippers are some heavy duty stuff.

Drew, just read sask boot's post about oiling calf. Can you give any more specific info on when/how you think this should be done?
