..but in the post about available colours it lists ivory and white (no cream)
im assuming the above jacket is ivory and not pure white, right?

Yup that's ivory if I recall correctly. I'd say that looks a touch whiter than it does in person though, at least on my screen.

You've got one too, right?
Or is yours pure white?
How do you like the light coloured leathers?

For those of you that own calf and lamb in the same jacket, did you make any adjustments to the sizing?

Drew stated somewhere in this thread that sizing is the same for both.

Is it washed or something? How does it look so soft and thin?

^The white sleeves on my original TOJ1, while substantial, is very thin. Noticeably thinner than all the black lamb jackets I've owned in the past. I'm pretty sure it's the treatment/dyeing process that makes it that way.

Thanks for the info. I wonder how easy it would be to do that for the black lamb. I've always had a thing for skinny leathers.

If you want skinny grab goat.

Leather weather came today, wore the '10 DR.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Also some people were talking about grains on lamb several pages back. My jacket has some gnarly grains all over it. Most noticeably on the back. I think it gives the jacket some amazing textures.

ehh I still don't like the gnarly grains on lambskin. makes it look like it needs some lotion cause of scaly dry skin. i remember reading that it comes like that right and if it doesn't have it then it won't develop it later? still on the fence between lambskin and goatskin cause of that chance of having that gnarly grain (don't know what else to call it)

Mine's cream too. Don't think white was an option when I ordered, though I'm not sure I'd want it to be any brighter than it is. I really like mine and it still feels pretty substantial, though the snaps seem like they're too strong for the leather and will rip through the thinner parts (cuffs, inner collar snap).
