How did you size the length of the GF DR? I think they look good short, as on the 2 examples in the gallery but I'm wondering how you (or anyone else with experience) measured front length. In the gallery pics it looks like they end an inch or two above the waistband of the jeans, or an inch or 2 below where the waist starts to widen from its slimmest point.

I realise this is all a bit subjective but would appreciate anyone's thoughts on the matter.

(serious question) do you measure front length with the tape between the boobs or do you follow the curve?

Looks like a lot of people got their jackets recently. Can you tell us when you ordered? I put mine in 8/30, so I'm just trying to get a gauge...

Dude it's been 3 weeks, chill. Best thing you can do right now is forget that you ordered it.

My SO just decided where she wanted the jacket to end, and sent that measurement to charly - i.e. "I want it to be this long so it hits here." Her jacket is stunning.

hahah, I know. I'm not getting anxious or anything. Just seeing if this was going to be a 6 week wait, or more of a 15 week wait.

Thanks man. Yes it is stunning in the gallery. It was my(and my wife's) inspiration.

It's supposed to be down the center, so.... Hope that's rights anyway.

they said 5-8 weeks ordered around the same time. some jackets take longer to make than others, I think DRs take longest, I know the bombers are made by a crazy vet, think other jackets are made elsewhere.

We gotta get a picture of you and your girlfriend wearing your DRs. And then you two should switch jackets and post that picture as well.

Believe bombers are made by crazy vet and then everything else is made by the DR people.
