Yes, didn't ship today though as I planned - turned out there were so many things finished that I will need Dan's help to package and ship them in a timely manner. WOuld take me a couple days otherwise, so it is the same difference. Dan just got back at like 8pm tonight, so he needs to sleep his jet lag off for a day and then we'll start on those and ship Monday.

I still don't see much demand for a $400 ocbd amongst the sw&d crowd.  I would like to see a v1.5 something around the $200-$250 range, with the amazing fabric and beefy buttons but w/o the hand stitching.  Honestly pickstitching on an ocbd seams a bit excessive to wear with jeans and a bomber.  Where is the benefit? Other than ballin hard tellin bitches to scope the deets on your hand sewn shirt. (a strategy that doesn't seem to pay off much anyway)

I will probably be trounced upon but this is just my opinion and I genuinely would like to know why.

-_- I haven't stated a price because I don't know what the price is, yet.... it's not going to be $400-600, that was a different discussion....

As I said, I haven't got a price on it yet, it's still in beginning stages of development and no costs have been calculated.

The fabric, however, is good and also expensive, as I said, so I don't want to just piss it by making an ordinary shirt and not going to the highest level I can possibly go to with it. That's like getting a beautiful A5 Kobe beef chateaubriand and then somebody saying, 'yo, don't make it too fancy, Just grind it up and make a burger out of it or something.' or, maybe it's like saying, "god damn it Drew Keith, why are you trying make the highest quality shirt possible for people who might want it? I am not interested"

hey hey I don't want a burger, but I don't neeeeed a chateubriande with pomme souffle. Maybe I just want a Filet Mignon, with frites.
