Would love to see a TOJ trench smile.gif I'd also like to see new bags, a return of the wallets and maybe even some leather gloves?

I don't understand the desire for TOJ leather gloves and wallets. Aren't there enough of those things out there to chose from? Let's challenge the man to make something extraordinary. Also, I don't understand the desire for anything shearling at all. Personal preferences and all that but still, that dude who posted the pic of George Lucas wearing that marshmallow jacket wtf.

agree with everything.

also, mr. toj's mentioned in the past (with regards to t-shirts, anyway) that small goods are probably out of the question because of shipping costs.

I wonder how many other products can follow the leather model - TOJ makes them for a low price and sells them at a good margin, and everyone agrees that they're good value and everyone wants a few units because of the product's inherent versatility and swag factor, as well as mtm fit and styling.

Basically, leathers are an unusual market breakdown as something that can be made economically and that everyone wants but is unavailable from big brands except at exorbitant prices. This is where the little guys like TOJ can take over.

I don't know if that's true of t-shirts, bags, shoes, wool outerwear, tech outerwear, or jeans (there are lots of little guys in jeans, but I wonder if they make much money). But what about:

- merino / lambswool / cotton knits with designs (like color blocking)
- cotton outerwear, including trenches
- scarves and keffiyehs (like Schneider)
- mind is blanking now, there really isn't that much stuff in this category

I'd love to buy a nylon MA-1 and especially that sleek black leather with the slanting zips up top that aeglus rocks so well.

That would be super! Thanks.

Agreed.

To me the appeal of TOJ was that they did the leather jacket thing better than most brands - none of that "dad jacket" stuff Schott etc can be or overly elaborate, wrinkled sausage wrappers like what they gawk at in the SF leather jackets thread or the "like what Marlon Brando or Steve McQueen wore but not quite" stuff that most rider jackets are. The unusual leather colors were also a huge plus for TOJ.

So whatever is coming from TOJ in the future, it should have a twist that makes it better than the competition. Personally I would love seeing TOJ suits and sportcoats with interesting fabrics and a modern slim cut that is somewhere between what the MC forum typically wears and the shorter, more fitted stuff you see coming from Korea.

PS. Keep the logo, it's excellent.

Maybe a Barbour/Belstaff-esque waxed (or just non-leather) rider jacket? Would love something like Barbour's International but in a more flattering cut. A lot of recent interpretations are overdone; your more modest approach could work well.

People want the wallets because he made wallets before and they were quite popular...

I would love a nylon or cotton (maybe waxed) M65 jacket.

toj high collar, full length, hidden placket, wool coat. black lamb sleeves, sleeve zips. please.

Are there any gloves on the market at the moment that use the same (or similar) New Zealand lamb leather?

I'm not sure if this can be made to fit the ToJ aesthetic, but it would be pretty cool to see your take on older military jacket styles - the type that really exploded three or four years ago. I'll leave the pictures of what I'm talking about in spoilers, because I've pulled up quite a few.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I thought it'd be cool to see a black version done, but I don't know if it would really fit in. But anyways, my wishlist for this would be to have a jacket like that murdered out - contrasting black grosgrain trim throughout, black or brass-colored metal buttons/hardware, working cuffs, lamb/anaconda (!?) shoulder straps/"epaulettes".

But yeah, I'd be interested in a murked out mode militia collection like nineohtoo.
