Definitely measure your waist where they tell you too. I wear a 32 in Uniqlo T-000 and I went with a 35 and its still a big snug in the waist.

I initially ordered a size 35 but changed to a 34.

I wear a 31 in APC PS and 48 in most trousers so I should be pretty safe, I guess.

32 in the T000 so your usually pants waist is 34"?

I want to try the T000, waist fits but the thighs are quite slim. Will it stretch in the seat?

It is that or go with the T001 but then I may want to taper at the tailor =\
