true. just had to get a new air cause my old one drank a beer. screen is a different manufacturer and is completely different. trying to find a decent profile that makes it less washed out.

Just received my dark royal calf MDR yesterday. The lengths and fit seems pretty much spot on. Just takes a little to get used to the relatively high armholes when compared to my lamb bomber. Perhaps this is attributed to my reduction of the suggested chest measurement by 0.5" (no idea if this was a material variance).

I'm definitely glad that I got this in calf as opposed to lamb. Calf just seems to be a a little more edgy and tough, befitting for the style of jacket. Now that I have a point of comparison, lamb was perfectly appropriate for a casual jacket like the bomber. And another point of calf vs lamb, in case no one has already mentioned, this calf MDR is a bit heavier than the lamb bomber.

Dark royal is a great color. It's basically dark blue, and slightly less dark than navy. Dark enough that in dim lighting it practically appears black, but is blue enough that I think I can pair it with brown shoes.

Now I'm hoping that the DC area will get a few more colder days so I can justify wearing this super steezy jacket around.

Quick question Drew – why did you switch from the 2/3 (3/4?) length placket on the A-2 Bomber to half-length – personally I prefer the longer length aesthetically, but am curious to understand the design change from your perspective? (I have an A-2 on order)…

This is gonna be the same for iOS as well as OS X. My launch day iPhone 4 had a cooler temp, and after being dropped nearly everyday since then the screen finally gave out. The new screen I swapped in is a lot warmer, and it took me a few days to adjust. Aside from hardware variance, the web browser used in OS X will affect color as well. IIRC, Chrome still doesn't support color management, and I think Safari and Firefox do it with the latest versions. I also feel like the glass throws off calibration equipment.

Drew in terms of proofing and treating the lamb skin, what would you use?

I have obenhaufs LP and Oil, is that good enough?

are you telling me you would get between a fat lady and her fried chicken given you're going to be stuck sitting next to them while trapped in an airplane 50,000 ft in the air for an hour? what happens if she's still hungry?

Alright enough chit chat, more fit pics.
Winter has come to Melbourne which has necessitated the Melbourne uniform, black, black and more black.

I know Drew wants to make something that will fit a laptop but I'd be first in line for a ToJ duffel frown.gif

Second one is probably similar in design to what Booth carried to Ford's Theater

Drew, does the A-1 have side pockets like the A-2? It's hard to tell in most photos.
