Doesn't it bug you that the last button on your shirt is like an inch from the hem?

i think this jacket is too long in the body, correct me if i am wrong.

what would be a more ideal length? check out this topic here: http://www.styleforum.net/t/71625/leather-jackets-post-pictures-of-the-best-youve-seen-owned/5400_100#post_5187634

agreed, it looks like you hemmed the shirt length with no regard to the positinioning of the button, looks horrible tbh.

You're nitpicking.

An inch or two +- in length isn't going to make or break a fit. Besides, if he zipped it up it would be nearly identical to the fits you linked to in the other thread.

It's the new style, get with the hype. Does it really matter for a button-collar workshirt?

The fit looks good(.)

Looks good dbear! The leather looks nice and thick in the pic.

Hello, fellow senior members!

Someone please take pity and tell me how the fit of a leather or ToJ1 would/should differ from that of the old MA-1 or the anniversary varsity. I've read pages and pages of this mega-popular thread, and have not found the answer. shog[1].gif

Thanks.

Hope you guys are ready for a whole lot of whisky pics! I bought PDinh's Collared Moto in Medium Whisky calf, which is a really beautiful jacket. Unfortunately the arms are a bit short for me, and it's a just a bit too slim when zipped so I'm probably gonna put it on B&S (size 46 BTW), but first some nice high res pics of that famous TOJ quality:

These pics are in sunlight so you can see the nice depth that the leather has. Last pic is in shade just to show the difference. Whisky calf looks great under bright light IMO.

i think it looks fine though sleeves are a tad short.

does not look tight when zipped and I am sure the leather has some room to stretch.

nice color

that looks amazing

other than the sleeve length, the jacket fit is spot on, especially the waist measurement.

edit: there is a bit of bunchin.. so maybe it isnt as perfect as i thought it was.

The color is just amazing. I think I´m setting my eyes on getting a TOJ in a couple of months.
