The whole concept of batches seems to confuse a lot of people. I think it'd be a lot easier if you just lied and told everyone the shipping date was 3 months from whenever they ask. They'll stop asking, and they'll also be surprised when you ship "ahead" of schedule.

haha, that is true, but I'm just trying to be honest here, and that was the honest answer - we don't know exactly. We have a general idea, but if you give people an inch, they want ten more, yada yada yada....

Inb4 joke about Mauro/WvG product delays.

Someone mentioned something a while back about the medium grey lamb having a slight brown undertone to it. I'm working from home and staring longingly at my BCDR (it's currently 90 degrees outside), and I have to agree. It looks pretty rad, and I'm pretty sure it gives me further justification for buying a black moto further down the road. :D

You may need to bump yourself to the top. I use gmail on the computer, iPad, iPhone - sometimes emails get marked 'unread' depending on if it gets pushed with a few others, and I miss them.

Seems like Varsities are pretty simple and doesn't need much modification from the original outside of maybe different pocket design and even in that regards you can really go too far off the original design. Maybe add a chest pocket as an option?

Are you considering using or providing as an option different materials for the wool part? There are varsity jackets out there that use nylon but instead of nylon maybe some sort of tech, waterproof materials? It may sound stupid but I'm just throwing things out there.

Not much to add. But here are two pics I have saved. Really like the modified collars of both, and the dusty gray body of the first.

And :slayer::slayer::slayer: to the new styleforum photo hosting system. No more bloody imageshack images.

The first collar looks ok but I don't like the thick ribbing. I don't like the second one at all, collar just looks out of place to me.

I like collar roll on this Junya x CDG varsity, I never owned a ToJ varsity so I am not sure it can be folded to look like it has a lapel-like look but it is something I'd like to see tried on a true varsity jacket.

i actually dig the collar on that first pic. I think with a better angle, it'll justify its form. Man I want that first jacket so bad :brick:
