Glad you told me this before I painstakingly ordered $1500 of an exacting combination of custom made black zippers from YKK Japan

They're very nice though. I think a few all-black jacket pics should start trickling out later.

Fresh calf jacket: (needs some proper wear obviously, this was somebody's jacket so I didn't want to crease the sleeves up so I am stiff-arming in this photo)

Me too (actually I like silver best on black) but blacked out looks nice too.

Every time I look at the leather jackets that my coworkers and people I see around wearing, I'm glad I went w. ToJ.
Man, I browse facebook and see the plebes in North America wearing all kinds of confused leather jacket styles; I'm quite sure that the TOJ out in the wild is swagging and stomping all over that shit.

I was handed my blacked-out DR today, at fucking 6:30 in the morning by a very friendly and animated building manager. Ah, Korea. I love him to death, but fuck that guy.
Anyway.
It is basically the same as my olive lamb DR from the previous thread, but 3 inches shorter in the body and with thicker leather. And it is perfect. Conforms to my body but allows for a layer or two. Too lazy to do pics, but I can take some if anyone is interested.
Take-home lesson: Do not try to make the DR a long jacket, especially if your body curves. The end.

Here's a quick one. Not shown are the five (5) layers of Uniqlo thermals it takes to wear leather in this weather.
