Alrighty, here are fresh out of the bag fit pics (so it's a bit stiffer and more creased than it will be):

The leather is perfect, the shoulders are perfect, the chest is perfect, the sleeves are perfect, the length is perfect, the bottom of the jacket is perfect - everything is perfect except the measurements through the middle, where there's an extra 5.5" of material I didn't ask for confused.gif

I'm seeing the bagginess in the last shot... it's hard to even imagine that from the front fit zipped. Your measurement set probably threw the guy for a loop, it's one of the weirdest measurement sets ever, and I don't know if you could've gotten it closed with the set you proposed. I'm still trying to figure this one out, i'm thinking it's in the back but that's not always how patterning works I guess, it can be the opposite.

Yep, it was all sized off the slight adjustments I wanted from my Moto. It was supposed to taper from 23.8" at the chest to 19" at the middle (which Drew said was about as extreme a taper as they could manage), but it only tapers to 21.75" so there's a lot of excess there.

I just measured the back and it appears to mirror the front measurement-wise.

My bodyshape and measurements don't make any sense, I know that much (hell my chiro did a double take when he was measuring my hip width vs. depth). I have an extreme hourglass figure. But the measurements should have worked (they do on my Moto - which looks sick since it was taken in).

I don't know if your MDR guy looked at the measurements and just thought, 'that can't be right'. But it hasn't quite come right.

Sorry man, this definitely looks off at the midsection/lower back/waist, which you might need to get taken in. Really nice leather though.

24" P2P? I would think that's why it's sort of baggy.

Nope, the P2P is the same as my Moto and pretty much spot on - zipped right up it fits perfectly across my chest and upper back. It's the fact that I have a 45" chest that tapers rapidly down to a 34" waist (before flaring back out to a wide set of hips) that's the problem.

Which is why Drew and I came up with the set of measurements that we did.

nice jacket.... sup par fit

your problem is the armhole area...its not high enough

its funny how ppl think high armholes restricts one from performing the helicopter dance.... its the exact opposite

i had to readjust the armhole measurements on my jackets

high armholes allows unrestricted movement and comfort

I don't think they could physically be brought up any higher, they sit right up under my armpits as is. The jacket just needs the taper through the waist that I have in my Moto (which is what it was supposed to have):
