quite by coincidence I came across one of the pages on the blog after googling for suggestions on pant colour combinations with a navy blue blazer, and turned up one with rust coloured pants. It must be me as many people raved about it, but to me it just didn't work.

I saw it earlier, and immediately knew what he meant with the headline. Pretty cool, but I think it works because he's older.

YSL only did it because Stefano Pilati ran out of buttons at the show. The only times I wear a gold pin is when it's used to pin a collar together. However, it's supposed to be a part of British "Sloany" fashion, much like signet rings, and bespoke striped shirts: American writer, John O'Hara also wore it:
