I'd have to say the recent "I need closure bro" is climbing the charts for me. Very suprising, considering it came from Sammie, who pretty much offers nothing. "Come at me bro" from Season 1 will always be a favorite, especially since I think Ronnie said it about 10 times in a row.

Alright, I'll give you that "come at me bro" is probably the best one-liner thus far, and can be used (successfully) in most situations, regardless of context. The ant-eater graphic increases the applicability/effectiveness of the phrase 10-fold.
That being said, I still think that "he's going on about 'guy code'....what about regular human code?" is still the best line when taken in the context of the situation (pun intended), i.e. Ronnie having the audacity to harp on Situation about bro code after having Hulk-smashed all of Sammie's belongings for no apparent reason.
