Hey,

Does anyone know of a brick and mortar store that sells denim in the DC metro area besides Denim Bar and Barney's in Georgetown?

you might try Farinelli's in Clarendon although their selection is probably more limited than Denim Bar. I'd prob give them a call first though before venturing over there.

It closed awhile ago. Online only.

NoVA/DMV/DC as us locals know, is a wasteland in terms of quality B&M's. Consider Lost Boys in Georgetown, though it's been a while since I've been there.. What don't you like about Denim Bar out of curiosity? I've always had good experiences (assuming they're not slammed busy..) There is also a place in Reston Town Center called National Jean Company, but I have never been there (also, call first. slight chance it only may be women's jeans). (edit: ARE ONLY WOMEN'S JEANS) other than that....

NJC is a women's only joint

yeah its a wasteland in greater DC area and MD side sucks worse

lost boys is ok but their selection is tiny and they never have sizes. now that farinelli's is gone, its all online son. get used to shipping charges and no trying things on

This has been talked about several times, so you could probably do a search to get better info. But on the indy side of things there's Redeem, which is is a nice shop.

Nada. I checked out Lost Boys last year and don't remember seeing any denim. As for the shops on Florida Avenue, they are predominantly streetwear - no denim. Basically, denim bar is your best choice. I will say, though, that the denim bar in Pentagon City is much better than the besthesda one - and much more friendly. JMO.

I don't have anything against the Denim Bar. I just want to see what my options are and shop around a little bit for different brands.
