Still alive and kicking here! Actually, I have to admit to a few extra tipples in the last two weeks as I was on holiday but still, it was only around 6 or 7 drinks...way less than I would have had normally.

The thing is...it has been over three months now and not only am I not losing weight, as I expected to do, but I have actually added a little bit.

I realize that I have been rewarding myself for my lack of alcohol with some tea and cookies or some other sweets. I have to cut that out...and get some more exercise.

Middle age sucks.

$380 about a month ago. Got wasted with some friends and decided to buy a table at a night club. Blacked out about 10 minutes after it showed up. Woke up scuffed up, late for work and pretty sure I made out with a tree.

CC has blown up the past two months for other reasons actually - not partying related.

So I decided I'd give up the booze. Not like, I'll never have another drink or nothing, but like, I'll just stop. I don't really drink that much anymore anyway, and its like, I go to bed at 9 most nights and I don't go out so I figured...why not stop, you know? I'd have like a drink, sometimes two during the week sometimes but its been so rare since I even kept to that schedule.

That was about two weeks ago. I had planned for my vacation last week to be a sort of last hurrah I suppose and like be in a bibulous state but like, I had a few beers, and finished a bottle of sake that's it. Had two beers of a four pack left over, opened one on Saturday, got about a quarter done and was like...wow, I can't even finish this. So that's whatsup.

Also, I figured I'd give up my other vice of cigars too. In for a penny in for a pound.
