Could be gstar, diesel or dsquared.
Go to ssense and check the inventory for those brands, I'm sure you'll find several that look similar, if not the same.

I think this is the delivery guy from the Hunan Balcony over on 98th and Broadway. Yup, it's definately him. Always gives me extra spicy mustard packets when he delivers to me. He's a good guy.
