In store, these were selling for $12.

$20, plus the 40% off for final sale.

Legit seller. If the 30s were longer, I'd be tempted to get them, as well.

I don't doubt it. I just don't like the implicit passing off of product as a "great deal" when the seller is probably making 6x his money on every pair of jeans. Sure, the market will set whatever price it sets, but it's just a matter of principle to me, nothing more.

Definitely tempted by the 30x30s as well, but don't need more jeans.

Price drop to $SOLD just to kindly tell SVC to STFU. I sure as hell didn't buy these for $12, I'm not making 6X on anything, and to be frank it would be no concern of yours even if I were. You, however, have just spent 1/8 of your Styleforvm posts shitting in a FS thread in which you do not belong. Congratulations. You're an ass. Now GTFO of my thread.

Also, threadshitting is against the rules on SF. "It's against my principles" Free bump for the seller.

Before I bought my jeans from rabid, I was looking at someone else's sf listing of a slightly larger pair of the exact same jeans at the around the same price ($75). He bought it at the $138 price at J. Crew and was selling it at a loss. Would that still not have been a "great deal" for me? rabid's still selling it at half the original price. Unfortunately, the only principle that matters is 'you snooze, you lose'. We weren't around when the jeans went on sale, so now, if we want those jeans, either pay full price, or rabid's price.
