If you still want to workout without going to the gym I suggest you run sprints for cardio. It's one of the best ways to burn fat. I would do push ups, pull ups, etc to help preserve your muscle.

Yeah, you won't regret it. And if you can, check out rosstraining.com. When it comes to Ross Enamait, I cannot come up with enough superlatives.

What type of exercises can be done with out having to join a gym or club?
Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

the best thing you can do is to have a good diet plan and stay stick to it . and do some formal exercise like running and other things .

The P90X "blowjobs" are from people who lack the motivation/willpower to go hardcore with weights and cardio.

Me, for instance.

Tony is actually inspirational. Dude is just about 50 in the videos, in better shape than anyone on this board, and funny, albeit in a goofy way. The program is cheap, the equipment is cheap, and you don't have to join some ridiculous gym to get real, badass results.

I don't know why I feel compelled to defend the program, but it seems to bring out the jackass in lots of people.
