Sold PRL jacket on B&S Bought Peal suede captoes

We are pretty much at the end. Even though I lost my interest in continuing a few weeks ago, my total expenditure on clothes in the past two months was less than $50. If you take out athletic socks and underwear it was less than $20. I found that I had about as much fun with my clothes during the last two months as I usually do, although I missed the trolling for bargains and overlooked gems- I really enjoy the 'treasure hunting' aspect of shopping ebay and thrift stores.

I think we all owe Man of Lint a vote of thanks for getting this started. Chan is coming next month, so I will not be taking part in the next one, but I will consider it again in the future if these groups continue.

+1 re: thanks to Man of Lint. It really got me thinking about my purchases, or lack thereof (until about 3 days ago anyway). I'd love to see NPC continue on. I'll probably participate in the one after the next one. I do have a few holes in my wardrobe that need filling, and my bank account will probably need to recover after I fill those holes.

I bought the Peal suede captoes as well...and that was my last purchase for the next 2 months. I'm putting my name in now for the March-April NPC. I'm really interested to see how long I can last.

EDIT: Is there going to be a new thread for March-April, or are we going to just use this existing thread?

Thanks Man-of-lint. I made no clothing purchases whatsoever in January and February.

I came to brag because I did not make a single purchase, even though the temptation was rift. I successfully went for the two months without buying a single clothing item, and the hell I am still alive.

Will there be that of March too I would like to apply for member in advance. This can help me save up some nice cash that i can in turn make good use of in the near future maybe buy a new car hahaha.

I didn't join because of some purchases I made in Jan and one I have planned for March, but I'm happy to report I did manage not to buy anything for myself in February.

well i made it, 2 months and i didnt buy any clothing or clothing related items, and yet i still have no extra money WTF?!

I wasn't in, but made no clothing related purchases in January or February, despite browsing in DC and SF. Nothing motivated me to spend.
