I believe, but have no label to prove, that this is a bespoke overcoat. The button holes are all hand made. There is a bouteneire loop on the back side of the lapel. The fabric is a very heavy weight and feels like a tight cashmere weave. Please check the measurements but I'd call it a size 40R.

This is a light weight 3 button suit in a dark charcoal herringbone weave. It's quarter lined, with unpadded shoulders, button fly, double vented and a very athletic cut. Trousers are flat front. Made by Attolini. I bought it for a club/bar suit since it won't wear hot.
Tagged 52EU-7R aka 42R with a 7" drop. It's such an athletic cut that it fits more like a 40R.

The shoulders are very lightly padded natural shoulders. It was made by Attolini for LB. It is tagged 56EU (46R) but please check the measurements because it fits more like a 44R.

I'd call it a charcoal with a little blue and purple in the pattern. You could take the surgeon's cuffs up .5" from the cuff end with it looking normal; any more would have to be adjusted from the shoulder.
