I really like the indigo terry crewneck but I'm kind of worried about the bleeding. I would just wash it before wear but I'm not sure if it'll lose a lot of its color since it's just dyed - has anyone washed theirs yet?

And, I don't have to cuff the sleeves. Perfect.

That means I have a medium burnt orange for sale. In all discretion I did wash and tumble dry it - I can't notice any difference in sizing, I will take pics if the buyer wants them. Who's in need of one? PM me if interested before it goes to B & S.

I don't know if it's W+H or just me but I can't seem to buy very many colors besides shades of grey. It helps that grey is my favorite color, I suppose.

Yes, it's the double layer one. If I was able to see it firsthand I probably would of skipped it. I like the jersey material but preferred if it was more substantial. Just saying, nice piece, but I think I'd rather get another large loop instead if I had known.

Slack can u provide some measurements for the bush pants u got? Are they sized more accurately than the corded pants from f/w?

Yeah, the double layer jersey stuff is really thin. Surprisingly thin. For reference, about as warm as the cotton hoodies from the past couple s/s seasons (i.e. not very). And so ya, imagine the sweatshorts..? lol boxer shorts almost, in weight. It's all good though - sleeping has been amazing the past week or so. But be warned on the double layer jersey stuff...

they are sized more accurately than the corded cloths and you'll find these fit more snug in the butt/seat tts on a 29 @ waist measured flat across: 14.5" inseam: 28" leg opening measured flat across: 5.25" pretty skinny pant irl. ACE hoodie for size small..

Even with a pretty thin waist I've never liked anything that highlights or accentuates the waist line (like the contrast shading along the waist of the hoodie), but I'm tempted...for the limited run exclusive nature (qty 120 per the blog), to get a look at what's coming at the end of the year (and maybe avoid having to get one, then), and the novelty. Someone please post fit pics and size references on the INDIGO CREW. Thanks!

I like it because I missed out on the Japanese 'exclusive' hoodie that had contrasting hems and trim (?) this past fall at Haven. That was the best hoodie this past fall, even better than the regular heathered grey which I wish they put out this spring rather than the grey that's out now which is boring.

I talked myself into buying it while I was making that post up there. I feel you because I wanted that exclusive JP release only colorway they had for a bit on haven (? cant remember). Ordered in small after hearing it's 19" across. Anything less I would have not bought because I would be between sizes. I'm going out on a limb and saying this latest hoodie (dammit. i'm almost 30) will be a compromise of fit between the tiger terry items (rigid and little stretch imo) and the newer looped/large loop hoodies (ultra stretchy, knitted, more tts and no need consider sizing up kinda deal). Obviously moving away from the "high and tight" we've seen in 2010, which is fine with me. Also real glad to see the proper high zip. And will be even more so when it's winter (again) my way. For the time being I'll keep it wrapped up

Slack, I saw a post of yours with the new anti fit pants. What size did you get? If it's a 29, do you have measurements?

I had the chance to try on the double layer, large loop, and Indigo hoodies at Acrimony and I think the double layer is the most comfortable of the 3, but for what you get it should be maybe half the price they are asking. I had already ordered it in black from RG but am now returning it for the Indigo hoodie. Of the 3, I think the Indigo has the best combination of comfort, fit, and finish.

My local store got more W+H spring stuff in today. Man, the Mac coat is HEAVY. That thing could stop a knife haha. I have the Ventile Field Mac Coat from S/S10, and I think the cotton is somewhat stiff/weighty. I guess I was expecting it to just be a heavy version of that. I knew the new Mac was a cotton canvas, but untill I could actually pick it up etc, I just didn't realize how substantial it was. If I didn't already have the S/S10 Mac, I would probably get this new one. It looks like it will break in really nice, as it's just so stiff now.

Am I right that the Short Sleeve Japan Nep Shirt comes in both Indigo AND Blue? My local has the short sleeve in, and the stores tag says it's "IND" for the color, but I was looking on the rodengray site, and they have there short sleeve as "blue", and there long sleeve Japan Nep Shirt as Indigo, so I just wanted to find out if in fact the short sleeve does come in the two colors?

Which color do you guys like better, the indigo or blue?

Does the fact the color is called indigo mean it's actually dyed with indigo, or is it just called that? Either way, think I'm gonna go back and cop it tomorrow.

They also had the grey long sleeve japan nep shirt, which I hadn't tried on yet, but maybe I will tomorrow.

BTW, I have a FW10 Thermal NWT medium in charcoal/grey color, it's the one with 97% organic cotton/3 % polyester, $45 Shipped within U.S. PM if you want it, thanks

my bank account is going to hate you. I was planning on picking up the khaki twill gitman vintage from AC, til they sold out in my size...probably going to grab the brown double gauze now.

Everyday that passes I fear the select pieces I'm planning on picking up from roden are going to be sold also...
