So being a stylistically challenged individual I figured I'd turn here for help. My 740N peacoat is celebrating it's 15th anniversary and I'm looking to add to my collection.
I really dig Schott's oxford grey plaid. I've only found the coat in the discontinued section of galayarmynavy.com and out of stock of frankssports.net. I was recently in NY and a Schott delaer told me the coat may of been made over 2 years ago.
I've attached pics of both the peacoat, and the carcoat version. I'm more interested in the peacoat. Anyone have any info? or seen one available anywhere?
From what I've heard about Schott, their garments run to more tailored size. I've put on a little weight in my old age and usually fit well into US XL shirts, and am pretty much a 46L for suit sizing.
I did manage to find the car coat online for $139.00 but it was only available in a 4-6XL.
The duffle coat version is currently available on ebay, but duffle is not my style.
