Jeans for the tall guy

First off, this may be too vague for some of you all but I'll try my best. I'm 6"5' and my inseam is around 37 inches but I can pull of 36's. I'm in extreme need of some of the absolute best fitting jeans and I only want slim slighlty skinny jeans (I don't want girl jeans lol). Anyone have any recommendations? I'm kind of a noob when it comes to jeans, but I really like the style of jeans similar to express. Unfortunately, they don't carry my sizes. I would say I'm willing to pay up to $200 for a pair of jeans.
