Jetsetter - Any experiences?

Has anyone done a vacation via Jetsetter? The packages and destinations look pretty nice -- but looking for unbiased reviews. How did their review vs. your experience stack up? Would you book again? Other site suggestions?

I have a friend that works there and occasionally they mess up pricing so you can get $500 rooms for like $50, but only for a few hours.

I've used Jetsetter for several hotels, but none of the larger vacation packages. Their reviews for all of them so far have been pretty honest and true to what I experienced.

Used them for a trip to the Greenbrier. Easily the best price I could find, and I had no problems with the reservation when I checked in. I never had to deal with customer service, so I can't comment on that.
