i dont usually get any gifts (just some chocolates or some small gifts from work and friends) my wife and i decided i never get anything for xmas from her as i get too much stuff for myself throughout the year anyways. but this year i got a pair of oliver peoples eyeglasses from my parents just because. i was so happy! my wife on the other hand, gets a lot of things.

My wife and I don't buy too much for each other, I got her a new cell phone and some Gucci perfume. She got me some slippers that don't fit. But that's OK, I have more fun playing with my kids' toys anyway.

How did you like the pocket screws in this application? I have a Kreg set-up, but haven't really used it much.

I found the pocket screws to be great, really much sturdier than a lot of the alternatives such as brackets. Feel free to barrow any of the ideas.
