Hair Styling for a Motorcyclist

Hi guys,

I ride a motorcycle 7 days a week, it is my main and only mode of transport. However, at the moment I find myself carrying a small travel tub of hair putty and doing my hair when I reach my destination.

However, I am curious to know if there are any methods of hair styling I can use that will deal with being held in a motorcycle throughout the day and still hold it style when I take it off...

I have the same problem. I have somewhat medium length hair. Once I take my helmet off, my hair is a mess. The only thing I have thought of is putting on a thin nike hat, I found similar to the ones swimmers wear. That way my hair is flat and straight back.

I ride a mototcycle too. I have 3 different helmets and each one of them gives me a different hairstyle when I take theem off.
If I go for a short ride, like to the office it's not so bad. If I'm out on the weekend for a longer more spirited ride then I carry a ball cap.
I have very straight, thick hair. I find that in the summer months if I keep it shorter I have less fuss to make when I take it off.
I just keeps some pomade at the office and head into the men's room and fix the coiff.

Shave it. That will save the neurosurgeon's time when you have a craniotomy.

Ha, that's nothin. I used to ride (95 gsxr, 00 zx7rr [sigh]) and at the time had hair down to the middle of my back. I used to have to shove it up into the helmet or risk a ratsnest even after short rides, and I live in sweltering Florida. That said, either get something that looks good messy, get used to helmet-head, or cut it off. You just can't bend time/space.
