The problem is that it isn't that hard to make a perfect vinaigrette at home, and I can pick my lettuce in the back yard. Still, I know what you mean, and it is great that they take the care to do it right, but sort of like the Zuni chicken, I have a hard time getting too excited about paying for a good salad. Where you are right is that it is better than 90% of the chef creations. Well, almost right. That number is probably closer to 99%.
