1. Valentino Garavani Large Travel/Business Tote. A special edition item produced only once, for the AW2006 Men's Season. Jacquard Fabric "riedition" pattern from the Valentino archives with black calf trim. Gold/Brass hardware. Neat details include thick silk lining and a red crocodile skin zipper pull. Retail was $1895; made in Italy. Measures 18X14X7 when full. In excellent shape and a gorgeous bag. PRICE: SOLD
2. CoSTUME NATIONAL Calf Soft Document Cases From Spring/Summer 2009. Very nice vegetable-tanned calf leather with CN fabric lining. One in BLACK, the other in DARK OLIVE/MILITARY GREEN. Made in Italy; retail was $1620. Measures 16.5X13 with optional shoulder strap. Excellent size, perfect for documents, computer, etc. I got them on sale, but never really got around to using them, so would like to recoup my investment. Have tags and dustbag. PRICE: SOLD

Single gusset, large briefcase with enough space for computer, notebooks, etc. Soft leather, in between "box" calf and "nappa," will age well. Retail was $1545 during Spring/Summer 2009. Measures 17X13 with lock and key. Comes with tags and dustbag. Brand new; never had a chance to carry it.

4. Veronique Branquinho nappa black leather dispatch bag, made in collaboration with UK designers Chris&Tibor a season or two before VB folded. New with dustbag, it's been sitting in my closet since I got it during winter sales. From the men's collection.

5. Gianfranco Ferre Black Document Case/Portfolio New Old Stock; from about 2003 or so, but unused. Made in Italy. From the "Ferre" line. Black calf with interior space and zipper pocket, cell phone, and pen holders. Folder pocket on front and back. Measures 14X11 and up to 3inches wide if full. Comes with dustbag. Retail in the $500-600 range.

5. Furla Uomo Coated Canvas Weekender Made in Italy. Nice bag, measures 19X10X10 with optional/adjustable shoulder strap. Used once, IIRC, but in excellent/perfect shape. Comes with the tags and dustbag. Price: SOLD
WATCH: PRADA Plexi Watch From the first season they produced them, back in 2006 or so. A lot of fun for a designer watch... oversized bakelite/plexi body with saffiano band. Very unique and still fairly collectible. Retail was $895 during this season, later seasons they raised the price to over $1000. No box or papers, but GUARANTEED authentic. In very good condition, but I have worn it. PRICE: SOLD

Removable shoulder strap and snaps on the sides allows bag to cinch closed or be opened for greater storage. Also has an inside removable leather wallet/pouch. Measures 14 inches tall, 13 inches wide when "cinched," 17 wide when open. Would make an excellent gift for SF wives or girlfriends, or for yourself, as it's completely unisex. PRICE: SOLD
2. CoSTUME NATIONAL Spring/Summer Men's Tote. Elephant gray treated nappa with CN fabric lining. Adjustable straps; sides of bag can fold in or out for increased storage/space. Made in Italy. Still has the tags and dustbag. PRICE: SOLD
3. Gianfranco Ferre Spring/Summer 2007 "Mosaic" Tote. Probably the most spectacularly constructed bag I've seen/had. I got this simply because it was so beautiful, but it's sat in my closet unused since purchase. Made from 4 layers of lazer-cut leather, with a canvas backing, a really spectacular bag from the final Spring season before Ferre died. New with tags. The retail price (printed on the tag) was $2296. Made from chestnut/tan Naplak leather with canvas inner lining. Measures 18X15, or large enough for just about anything. Good for your girlfriend or for yourself, as this pattern was featured on both the men's and women's runway. PRICE: SOLD
2. Calvin Klein Collection charcoal suede zip-top messenger. Subtle, minimal, classic messenger bag in soft suede with black vegetable-tanned calf trim and strap. Superlative materials (excellent suede and leather, RIRI hardware, good stitching/edging, etc.), from AW2008. Made in Italy. Retail was $1295 at the CK Collection store on Madison Ave in NYC. Comes with the Dustbag. In excellent shape. Pics do NOT do it justice; it's really the "perfect" minimal messenger.
