Yea, you think getting an Entry-Luxury model is a good idea at the time until you actually spend some time with it. They are not well-equipped or carry the stature of more expensive Luxury models. The manufactures make these models with the hopes of moving customers up to more expensive models as they age.
If anything, they portray the owner as someone who cares about brands and "prestige" but cannot afford to buy a real luxury car...which in my opinion is significantly more tragic than someone who does not care about the car they drive.
I could have gotten another Near-Luxury model or even a Mid-Luxury model but decided against it as they no longer appealed to me. Still holding out for a Porsche 911 though...
